Report a Bite, comment or person
Every Bite, comment and profile has a Report option. Tap ⋯, then Report, and pick a reason. That’s it: it goes straight to our team.
If none of the reasons fit, or you want to tell us more, pick Something else and write a line.
Report a place
On a place’s page, tap Something’s off? and choose Offensive, fake or unsafe. For wrong opening hours, prices or dishes, choose what’s wrong instead: those go to the restaurant or to our listing fixes.
Anything else
If it isn’t about one Bite, comment, person or place, or it’s urgent, tell us about a safety concern. We read safety messages first.
Block someone
Every profile has Block. Blocking someone hides you from each other, removes any follows between you, and removes their likes and comments on your Bites. You can see and undo blocks in Settings › Privacy › Blocked.
What happens next
- We review every report within 24 hours.
- Where content breaks our terms we remove it, and we remove the account of anyone who posted it — permanently, for abuse.
- The person you report is never told who reported them.
- We don’t send you the outcome of each report, but you can always contact us about it.
